Workvivo is an employee communication and engagement platform, and it is now a Zoom company. If you are researching Workvivo pricing, the short answer is that Workvivo does not publish a price list. What it does publish is a plan structure, a list of add-on products, and a clear statement about how quotes are built. Those details tell you a lot about what drives the final number.

The Workvivo details here are drawn from its two official pricing pages, workvivo.com/pricing and zoom.us/pricing/workvivo, as of September 2026.

How Workvivo prices its platform

Workvivo’s pricing FAQ puts it plainly: “The price of your platform will depend on how many licences you require and your organisation’s specific needs. Please contact us to request a custom quote.” (Workvivo)

That tells you three things:

  • Pricing is quote-based. There is no public per-user rate, and none appears on Zoom’s Workvivo page either.
  • License count is a primary driver. The number of employees you put on the platform is the first variable.
  • Scope is the second driver. “Specific needs” covers which plan and which add-on products you choose.

Per-user pricing, minimum license counts, contract terms and implementation fees are not published on either pricing page.

What third-party reviews report

Independent reviewers have filled in some of the gaps, though these are estimates rather than vendor-published figures:

  • Entry price. Connecteam’s Workvivo review and eLearning Industry both report that the Business plan starts at around $20,000 a year. Connecteam works that out to roughly $80 per employee per year.
  • Plan sizing. Connecteam describes Business as designed for organizations with 250 to 2,000 employees and Enterprise for those with more than 2,000.
  • Quote-only. Both reviews confirm that every plan is priced by quote, and Connecteam notes that Workvivo’s sales team did not respond to its own requests for a quote.

Treat these as a starting point for budgeting. Your quote will reflect your license count and the add-ons you choose.

Workvivo plans: Business and Enterprise

Zoom’s Workvivo pricing page lists two plans: Business and Enterprise. (Zoom) Both include the same core feature set across six areas:

AreaExamples listed for both plans
Employee communicationCampaigns, critical communications, push notifications, live streaming, auto-translate to 90 languages, news, podcasts, newsletters, desktop and mobile apps
Employee engagementBadges, surveys, community spaces, recognition, events
Admin featuresAPIs and integrations, automation, targeting, content moderation, compliance training
Digital workplace / intranetKnowledge base, directory, document management, 40+ integrations
Insights and analyticsContent and engagement analytics (Employee Insights and Advanced Analytics are sold as add-ons)
Security and complianceSSO, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, MFA

Enterprise adds a set of features Zoom labels as Enterprise-only. Several of them extend something both plans already have rather than unlocking it for the first time:

  • Customized analytics and reporting, on top of the standard analytics in both plans
  • Corporate UI branding and customization. Workvivo’s own page lists branding and customization as part of Workvivo HQ, so expect some branding in every plan, with the deeper corporate UI work reserved for Enterprise.
  • Unlimited live streaming and data storage. Live streaming is in both plans; Enterprise removes the limits.
  • Access to the API ecosystem for custom workflows and widgets. Zoom lists APIs and integrations for both plans, and Workvivo’s page lists APIs and SDKs in Workvivo HQ. The Enterprise item is the broader ecosystem for custom workflows and widgets.
  • Native and third-party data archive
  • Quarterly executive reviews
  • Dedicated account management and dedicated customer success management
  • Exclusive access to beta features

Neither official page says how Business and Enterprise differ in price or which organization sizes each plan is meant for. The third-party reviews above put the dividing line at around 2,000 employees.

Workvivo HQ and add-on products

Workvivo’s own pricing page frames the lineup differently. It offers two starting points. The first is Workvivo HQ, which it says brings “communication, knowledge, engagement, and platform controls together in one AI-powered employee headquarters.” The second is Seer: “Or start with Seer to listen at scale, understand what matters, and turn employee feedback into action.” (Workvivo) HQ’s listed capabilities include analytics, “tailored branding, navigation, and platform experiences,” and the ability to “extend Workvivo HQ with APIs, integrations, and custom experiences.”

Alongside HQ it lists these products:

  • HQ Agent, which “brings agentic search and task execution into Workvivo HQ,” drawing on connected tools such as Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Seer, described as a “people intelligence platform” for surveys, feedback analysis and dashboards. It works as an add-on to HQ or as a standalone starting plan.
  • Chat, which adds “secure messaging, voice, and video calls.”
  • Workvivo TV, which “turns workplace screens into high-impact communication channels.”

On upgrades, the FAQ says you can speak with your Workvivo CX Manager “to request additional features or to upgrade your account.”

The two official pages don’t list the same add-ons. Workvivo.com lists HQ Agent, Seer, Chat and Workvivo TV. Zoom’s page lists Workvivo TV, Advanced Analytics, Employee Insights and Chat, and says all add-ons require a paid base plan. Neither page publishes add-on prices or explains how the HQ-plus-add-ons structure maps onto Zoom’s Business and Enterprise plans, so ask for each add-on to be itemized.

What affects your total Workvivo cost

Because pricing is quote-based, the useful exercise is to list the variables before you talk to sales. Based on what the two pricing pages disclose, these are the ones to scope:

  1. License count. The pricing FAQ names this first.
  2. Plan tier. Some capabilities larger organizations care about, including customized analytics, corporate UI branding, the API ecosystem for custom workflows, data archive and unlimited storage and live streaming, sit in Enterprise on Zoom’s page.
  3. Add-on products. HQ Agent, Seer, Chat, Workvivo TV, Employee Insights and Advanced Analytics are presented as separate products across the two pages. If you want agentic search, people analytics, messaging or digital signage from the same vendor, include them in the quote.
  4. What you keep running alongside it. Workvivo’s plans include a knowledge base, document management and 40+ integrations. If your team also expects to keep a separate document system, project tool or intranet, that cost belongs in the comparison too.
  5. Services. Implementation, migration and support terms are not described on either pricing page, so ask for them explicitly.

Workvivo strengths

Workvivo is a credible choice, and its pricing pages show why:

  • Communication breadth. Live streaming, podcasts, newsletters, campaigns, critical communications and push notifications are all listed in both plans.
  • Multilingual reach. Auto-translation into 90 languages is included in both plans, which matters for global and frontline workforces.
  • Engagement features built in. Recognition, badges, surveys, community spaces and events come standard.
  • Zoom ecosystem. As a Zoom company, Workvivo sits alongside the rest of Zoom’s workplace products, which may simplify procurement for organizations already on Zoom.
  • Enterprise track record. Workvivo’s pricing FAQ names Bupa, Amazon and Ryanair as customers.
  • Security credentials listed. Zoom’s page lists SSO, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA and MFA under security and compliance for both plans.

Workvivo limitations to weigh

These points come from what the pricing pages say, and what they leave out:

  • No public pricing. Third-party estimates exist, but you cannot confirm a budget before a sales conversation.
  • No free trial. Workvivo offers a demo instead.
  • Some control sits in Enterprise. Both plans include branding and APIs, but Zoom lists corporate UI branding and the API ecosystem for custom workflows and widgets as Enterprise-only. If you need deep customization, confirm which tier covers it.
  • Capabilities spread across products. Agentic AI, employee insights, advanced analytics, chat and digital signage are sold as separate products, so the headline plan is not the whole picture.
  • Hosting options aren’t discussed. Neither pricing page describes a self-hosted or on-premise deployment option.

Who Workvivo fits

Workvivo is a strong fit for organizations whose main goal is employee communication and engagement at scale: frequent leadership communication, live events, recognition programs, multilingual audiences and a mobile-first employee app. It is likely to appeal most to organizations already standardized on Zoom.

It is a weaker fit if you want one system to also hold documents, structured knowledge, project work and internal workflows as the primary system of record, or if you need to host the platform on your own infrastructure. For a side-by-side look at those differences, see how Axero compares to Workvivo.

Workvivo vs. an all-in-one intranet on cost structure

The biggest difference between Workvivo and an all-in-one intranet like Axero is less about the rate per user and more about how the price is assembled and what it replaces.

A few honest caveats on the Axero side: Axero also asks buyers to talk to sales for a final quote, and some capabilities are add-ons, including a developer sandbox and white-label mobile app on lower tiers, enhanced support and design packages. The full breakdown is on the Axero pricing page.

When you compare quotes, line up the full stack. If Workvivo would sit alongside a separate intranet, document system or project tool, the fair comparison is Workvivo plus those tools against a single platform that covers them.

The bottom line on Workvivo pricing

Workvivo pricing is custom and depends on license count, plan and add-ons. The vendor does not publish figures, though third-party reviews put the Business plan at around $20,000 a year to start. Both plans include branding and APIs; Enterprise is the tier to scope if you need corporate UI customization, custom workflow integrations or unlimited storage. The add-on lineup means the final number depends heavily on which products you include. Ask for a quote that itemizes the plan, each add-on, and any implementation or support fees, then compare it against the cost of every tool it would sit beside.
