Can Communifire do _______?

We hear this question all the time. Communifire is not just an app, it's a platform. So it's easily customized, altered, built-upon, and integrated into how you already work. What is a user?

A user is any person that registers and logs into your instance of Communifire. If you open up areas of Communifire to the public and have anonymous people browsing your content, they are considered guests and do not count against your selected plan.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Your Free trial gives you a full version of a Starter plan for 14-days. There are no restrictions during the trial period--you get the full experience. You won't be billed unless you keep your account open past your 14-day free trial. And if you'd like to move into a different plan, it's a seamless transition.

Are custom features available?

Definitely. If you need something that isn't already in Communifire's broad feature set, we can work with you to get it added. Communifire is a very flexible platform.

What are the payment options?

Do I have to pay a year upfront?

No, not for our hosted plans -- but we recommend it. We've found that customers who give the platform a full year get the most benefit. As your organization grows more familiar with everything that Communifire offers, usage increases along with productivity and engagement.

Do you offer academic and non-profit deals?

Are there any overage fees?

More storage space is available for Just $1/mo per 1GB. Our pricing is designed to scale with the size of your business. You simply purchase a plan with enough users to match your needs. Then as your user base grows you can easily move into a plan that fits.

Do you offer consulting or other services?

Yes, we do. If you need extra help--from ongoing support to specialized consulting and customizations--we're here for you. Each of our customers is unique, so we are happy to brainstorm with you and help you get what you need.
