How does the 7-day free trial work?
Start the trial from the Axero listing on AWS Marketplace using your AWS account. Your environment is set up within 24 hours, and you get 7 days to evaluate it. You are not charged during the trial period.
Can you really build us a custom app during the trial?
Yes. Tell us the internal tool you need when your trial starts — a case management app, a project board, a workflow tool — and our team builds it in your trial environment with Axero App Manager. That way your evaluation runs on your actual use case.
What happens when the trial ends?
If Axero fits, you convert to a paid subscription through AWS Marketplace and billing continues on your AWS invoice. If it doesn't, the trial ends and you aren't charged.
How is it priced?
Current subscription pricing is published on the AWS Marketplace listing — month-to-month, with discounted longer terms available. Billing runs through your AWS account.
Is support different when we buy through AWS?
No. You get the same implementation and customer success team as customers who buy from us directly — AWS Marketplace only changes how the subscription is transacted and billed.
