Absolutely! We understand that implementing an intranet solution is no small feat, and we’re here to help. All Axero plans come with top-notch support, free upgrades and access to our customer community. We also offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customers who are looking for more advanced support. Our customers tell us that our customer support is head and shoulders above that of every other intranet provider they’ve considered. Every Axero employee is part of the customer support team, and we take our mission personally. We’ll answer quickly, honestly, and creatively to get any issues you have resolved. Your success is our success.

Where is the software hosted?

We’ll host your intranet portal on our servers for you, so you don’t have to worry about managing hardware, software updates, or security. As a Axero customer, you have your own dedicated, secure, single-tenant installation of our software and database in our cloud. Having said that, if you want more control over your intranet platform, you can also deploy Axero on your own server infrastructure. On-premise installation gives you greater flexibility in feature options and allows for more customization if you need it.

Our company has several departments. How can they each manage their own content?

Axero is designed to make it easy for individual departments or teams to manage their own content. Just set up a “Space” for each department or team where they can collaborate, share files, and keep track of their schedules. You can organize the content in a way that’s comfortable and familiar to your organization &mdashl; spaces are so easy and intuitive to use that your employees can start participating right away!

We have a suite of existing tools that we already use—will they work with Axero?

Yes! The large majority of our customers integrate their own single sign-on framework across their business applications to make life easier for their community members—and can you too. Some of the integrations we currently support include:
