A new integration! If you want to live-stream events on your platform, our latest partnership with Vimeo allows you to easily host events on your site. Post webinars, town halls, Q&As – really anything you want – with access to Vimeo’s production tools to make your events truly engaging.

New: Add profile fields to pages with Page Builder
Automatically pull profile properties, like job roles, to display on Page Builder pages with the new profile field widget. Drop the widget where you want this data to appear, select the appropriate fields, and voilà! Easily display user information in just a few clicks.
Automatically award badges when users complete Required Reading
Customers love badge challenges because they’re an easy and engaging way to motivate users while building a stronger community. Now you can create challenges to automatically award badges when users complete Required Reading. Everyone sees the latest wins on the Recognition activity stream and leaderboard!
Wondering what Required Reading is? With this feature, you can mark content as mandatory reading and track who read it, who still needs to, and who viewed your content.

How to move content to other Spaces
Want to move a folder or article to another Space? Here’s an easy way to do it. By clicking on the gear icon on a specific piece of content, you can move it to other Spaces on your site. Available for all main content types, including articles, blogs, ideas, videos, files, and wikis.
How to roll back to previous versions of content
If you have multiple people collaborating on the same file, here’s a neat feature! With our rollback option, you can revert back to older versions of content, which includes articles, blogs, files, ideas, and wikis. See when the last edit was, who made the changes, who the author is, and restore any version – even one from 10 updates ago.
Get notified about updates made to specific content or pages! By following content, you get alerted when edits or comments are made. Available for articles, blogs, events, files, ideas, photos, and videos, you will never miss out on anything important.
