With Cases, people can submit a question, ticket, or issue, which will get assigned to an employee user. Choose a status, milestone, category, and priority for tickets and even tag them for added organization.
The beauty of having numerous project management tools, like Tasks, Cases, and approval workflows, means you can create your own system that works for you. With Tasks, set up your own to-do lists. Segment them into different categories, set deadlines, priority settings, and status updates.
