Axero provides administrators with a robust Email Management System that helps add, create, and manage notifications and email message templates.
Template-based messaging
Managing a community well involves emails and notifications to individual users as well as the community as a whole ... and with the exception of very specific messages from the community management, most of these can be template based to save time.
Pre-loaded default templates
New Blog Comment Notification, User Verification Email, Private Message Notification, and more — ready out of the box.
Easy customization
Edit any pre-loaded template or add entirely new ones with template name, description, subject, and body.
Queue-based delivery
Emails are queued at fixed intervals to optimize server performance, even for large send-outs.
Individual and community-wide notifications
Send targeted messages to individual users or broadcast to the entire community as needed.
Email template management
The Email Management System can be found under the system settings of the admin section and displays a listing of email templates already in the system, along with a brief description and an option to edit them.
Create new templates
Adding a new template is simple with options such as template name, description, subject line, and body ... which need to be filled in before saving it to the system.
Default notifications
A set of default email templates and notifications come pre-loaded in the system including New Blog Comment Notification, User Verification Email, Private Message Notification, and more. The pre-loaded notifications and emails can easily be edited and customized along with the addition of new ones whenever required.
Optimized email delivery
Emails can be queued to be sent out at fixed intervals ensuring the server performance is optimized and can be adjusted to manage large email send-outs. The Axero Email Management System feature equips admins with a quick and efficient way to manage all the email and notification requirements even for the largest and most demanding communities.
