Axero Solutions releases Axero 3.0, the newest version of its flagship social networking and collaboration platform. Enhancements in the latest version provide greater user and developer control with features such as daily digest emails and an app that helps users track where things are happening within the community.
(San Diego, CA, USA) – May 31, 2012 – Axero Solutions, an established technology leader in the enterprise social collaboration and networking marketplace, has released version 3.0 of its innovative Axero product. Several user experience enhancements were added to the popular platform, and administrators were given greater control over the robust and easily customizable social networking software.

Among other upgrades included in Axero 3.0, users gain granular control over their activity streams. Members of the community can choose what sort of activity to include in the stream and what to skip. They can also choose to receive “likes” on articles, for example, but not for wikis – giving them added control and discretion. Meanwhile administrators now have the ability to set defaults for the activity stream to create their own vision for how it operates to engage users.
New daily digest emails for spaces were also added to version 3.0, and users can choose whether or not to subscribe to the daily digest emails. These email notifications conveniently summarize all the activity in all the spaces to which the user is a subscriber. That is particularly helpful for users who do not log on to Axero frequently or for those who may not have the time to personally keep track of all of the activities in their community spaces. There is a new application to help users track where things are happening on Axero, and the look and feel of spaces within version 3.0 has been given a significant makeover.
