Axero Solutions adds realtime chat to the company’s flagship Axero social networking and collaboration product. The integrated communications system provides online chat capability and also combines Inbox and Realtime Chat into a single message stream.
(San Diego, CA, USA) – May 31, 2012 – Axero Solutions, a technology leader in the enterprise social collaboration and networking marketplace, has added a realtime chat feature to its popular Axero social collaboration platform. Now Axero users can see who else is online and chat with them by sending and receiving secure, private, instant messages.
The chat functionality is merged with the previous Inbox functionality. That means that when a message recipient is not online and available to chat they will receive an Inbox message notification instead – if they have enabled that option. Administrators can also decide whether to enable the chat option for all users or to limit chat to the user’s own circle of Axero friends.
