Partner Tiers Program

The Partner Tiers Program is designed to acknowledge those Partners who have not only brought the Communifire platform to the most clients, but also those who executed value added services to the highest standards. We place our Partners in tiers based the amount of revenue generated from reselling Communifire licenses, Professional Services, and Add-on Modules.

Partner Program Resources and Tools

Just as we’re passionate about creating great intranet software, we’re equally passionate about empowering and supporting our partners. Aside from the Communifire software, we give you the guidance, support, and training to help your organization and its clients grow and succeed. Here’s what you get when you become an Axero partner:
  1. Account Manager

    All Partners have access to an Account Manager. Imagine your Account Manager as your Axero sales coach, guiding you through your first few Communifire sales and providing you with the tools, knowledge, and resources you need to sell Communifire to new clients.
  2. Priority Support

    You get priority access to an experienced support and customer success team through the My.Axero Support Community.
  3. Access to the Partner Resource Center (Coming Soon)

    Once you join the Axero Partner Program, you’ll have immediate access to everything you need to be successful as an Axero Partner within your Partner Resource Center, in the My.Axero Support Community. From the latest software updates to the most up to-date sales collateral, our Partner resource library ensures that you have everything you need to market, sell, deliver and grow.
  4. Access to Communifire Software

    Get access to NFR (Not or Resale) Communifire software, so you can learn and test the functionality before deploying for your clients. Ask your Account Manager for more information.
  5. Partner Directory Listing (Coming Soon)

    Every day businesses are looking for help with their intranet customizations, implementation, strategy, and consulting. As a Partner, you have the ability to create a listing in Axero’s Partner Directory to get found by your next new client. The Partner Directory allows you to showcase your areas of specialization; by industry, geography, your Axero certifications, awards, and client reviews.
  6. Contribute to the Axero Resource Library

    Contribute your marketing offers and ebooks to Axero’s Resource Library. Generate leads for your company by hosting your content in the go-to intranet resource center for companies worldwide. (Please note that all content will be reviewed for quality control. All offers must be original to your organization and not created from white labeled content. All offers must be in English at this time.)
  7. Write for the Axero Blog

    Our Partners can take advantage of Axero’s blog and its reach of 1,000,000+ page views per year. Each Partner will work with their Account Manager to develop a topic and publish a minimum of 1 blog post a year on Axero’s blog. You get to include a byline with your bio and a call-to-action at the end of the post promoting your ebook in the Axero Resource Library or Partner Directory Listing. We are accepting blog posts written in English at this time.
  8. Lead Notifications

    Take advantage of lead conversion information from the content you publish in the Axero Resource Library and from contributing to the Axero Blog. We’ll send you the lead contact information so you can follow up and win new business. Talk to your Account Manager to activate Lead Notifications for your organization.
