Inbound Software Sales Specialist

Axero Solutions is looking for an energetic and driven Inbound Software Sales Specialist to join our team. We are a rapidly growing software company in a hot enterprise software market.

You will help sell industry leading intranet, collaboration, communication, and knowledge management software license subscriptions to small & large client organizations.

The career trajectory for this role would be moving into a Business Development Representative position.

On a day-to-day basis, you will handle:

Inbound Account Management:

• Navigate a high volume of sales inquiries and/or proactively reach out to prospects
• Conduct pre-qualification of prospects for the Axero sales process
• Set up appointments with the appropriate sales team members
• Learn the in’s and out’s of our Communifire software
• Provide software demonstrations
• Preparing necessary documents and sales contracts
• Maintain sales CRM

Inbound Services:

• Navigate a high volume of Axero Communifire software prospect and lead inquiries
• Identify and deliver best next steps or resources to assist prospects and leads

You must have:

• You are honest and respectful
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Desire and commitment to grow into a Business Development Position
• 1-2 years experience in sales/customer service environment
• Problem solving skills
• You are self-driven
• Initiative to find the resources needed to successful in this role

Required Education:
• B.A. or B.S. degree

Compensation:
$36k/year
