We're growing here at Axero, fast! -- thanks to you, our customers and partners. Without you, we wouldnt be here.
We appreciate your business, and we hope that you appreciate ours.
So we can better our relationship and the business we do with each other, we're implementing a few new exciting things ...
This blog post is about "Communication." And for us to be able to clearly communicate everything (crystal), we kindly ask that you read through the entire post. It will only take a few minutes. I promise.
Here's the important stuff ...
Communication is key to anything we do in life, especially in business ... so we're kicking it up a notch.
It's our job to keep you in the loop with what's going on so you can stay aligned with your plans and roadmaps. And that's what we're 'upping the anti on.'
"Ok, so how are you going to do this?"
Here's how ... With the recent Facebook 'pages' updates, it's getting easier and easier to keep in touch ... and since many of you are already logging onto Facebook first thing in the morning, rather than your email, we're going to be much more active in this space. So ... we encourage you to connect with us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/axerosolutions
We've also re-launched our Twitter page, which is updated from the posts on the Facebook page. If you're more likely to be a tweet'er or a twitter'er, you can follow us there as well. :) http://www.twitter.com/axerosolutions
Cool ... right?
... you may be wondering ...
"You have these hip social pages, what can I expect you to post there?"
... well, we're glad you asked.
Our support blog on My.Axero will automatically post to the Facebook page. And since you are a valued customer, it's a good idea for you to "Like" our Facebook page to get release notes, developer updates, roadmap updates, and general information that may pertain to your installation of Communifire -- all in your Facebook NewsFeed, deliciously served every morning. And we're going to only give you relevant info, not Facebook spam. So no worries there, we dislkie the spam as much as you do.
Second thing that we'll be posting on Facebook is our Axero Solutions blog -- which is focused more on the sales and marketing side of our business. We'll be posting helpful tips, interesting articles that we read, new ideas on how to use Communifire, press releases, and company news. You'll only get the good stuff ... again no Facebook spam.
After you visit and "Like" our Facebook page, you'll see the updates in your Facebook NewsFeed. We'd greatly appreciate if you even 'like' our posts, share them with friends and colleagues, and comment on them. Happy us, super-happy you.
Now -- we have a few suggestions, tips, and reminders when using the Facebook and Twitter pages. Following these (to the best of your ability) will help us, and they will also help you ...
If you are a customer and need support, and you HAVE an active support plan, please contact us through your private support space. Security and privacy first! This is VERY important. If we receive support requests on Facebook or Twitter, we're going to refer you to our support community, http://my.axerosolutions.com. This keeps it all organized for you and for us.
If you are requesting support and you DON'T have an active support plan, please post in the support community discussion forums. Again, organization is key here. It not only helps you, but it helps us and the rest of the community to answer your questions quickly and socially.
We encourage sharing. If you like what we're doing and know someone that might like it too, let them know. We appreciate your support.
We're also open to new ideas and feedback. If you have any recommendations on how we can better serve you, again, let us know. We're friendly, and we're social. :)
You all remember Fonzi from The Happy Days, right? Yea? You do? Good -- "Cool!" So we ask that you help to keep it that way ... "cool." We're all friends here. "Non-cool" posts will be removed. We strive to provide you with the best, most efficient, and "coolest" support and service possible. Keeping the balance will help us all stay cool.
Ok. That's about all I have for you in this post.
We encourage you (and anyone else in your organization that needs to stay in the loop) to connect with us today:
Please let us know if you have any questions or need help. Thank you.
AND -- if YOUR company or organization has a facebook page, let us know! We'd like to connect with you too. Thanks!
