Communifire is flexible, robust, responsive, open and a compelling solution to today’s business challenges – in addition to being the preferred platform of developers – because of the technical leadership and vision of Vivek.
Vivek’s technical expertise runs deep. He has over 12 years of experience on Microsoft Stack: ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, WCF, AJAX and SQL Server. He is the author of the popular programmer resource ASP.NET 3.5 Application Architecture and Design. He has been frequently recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional and a Subject Matter Expert for the ASP.NET 3.5 certification exams, serving on the Microsoft team (only one of seven chosen to serve) that developed that subject domain. Vivek is also an “All-Star contributor” in the ASP.NET forums (forums.asp.net) and a leading contributor and moderator in the CodeAsp.Net forums.
Vivek is an advocate and practioner of Agile Development (SCRUM methodology) and its predecessor Chaos Theory (a rational approach to prioritize competing development needs), making it easier for Axero Solutions to respond quickly and thoroughly to new market trends and changing customer needs.
Vivek is a graduate with an engineering degree (B. Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT). To relax he plays guitar, works out and practices Taekwondo.

The creative spark of Axero Solutions and a usability and web engineering expert, Tim’s combination of business, technical and user-interface design expertise give Communifire its easy-to-use interface that increases active engagement. He also applies this knowledge to directing the product roadmap toward solving the real business challenges that customers face.
Tim has over 14 years of technical and design experience in web design and web development with a focus on user interface and usability. Like Vivek he is a Subject Matter Expert for the ASP.NET 3.5 certification exams, and also served on the Microsoft team (another of the seven chosen to serve) that developed that subject domain.
Before teaming up with Vivek to found Axero Solutions, Tim served as VP of Technology and Lead Architect for an internet startup until turning his sights onto business collaboration and social networking.
Tim studied information systems design and development in the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Pennsylvania State University. But he learned most of what he knows from people he’s worked with on a variety of different projects, including world-class branding, identity, and graphic design authorities with clients amongst the world’s top brands and personalities.
In his (typically rare) spare time, Tim is also a visual artist and photographer best known for his bold, colorful photos, eclectic subject matter, and edgy style. Tim also enjoys playing guitar, contributing occasionally to his brother’s creative project, World of Treez.

Raghav provides much of the discipline required to support Vivek and Tim’s vision for Communifire and for the company. In addition to keeping the development team agile and responsive, Raghav also helps bring to light the company’s fanatical commitment to customer service. At a company so committed to the customer everyone plays a role in making sure the customer is happy and Raghav is right at the center of it. He is genuinely excited when he can help a customer find ways to get what they need and much more from Communifire.
Raghav brings to his task a passion for technology and an impeccable technical background. Like Vivek, Raghav has been recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional most of his career and is a regular contributor to ASP.NET forums and blog sites. Raghav is the driving force, moderator and regular contributor behind the codeasp.net community, a site that enjoys around 100,000 visitors per month, making him one of the most recognized ASP.NET developers in the world. You can follow his latest thoughts on technology, programming and ASP.NET on Twitter @RaghavKhunger.
Raghav's obsession with technology does not leave much free time but in it he relaxes and escapes through video gaming and working out.
Bryce aims to make Axero Solutions the most trusted company on the Internet. The foundation is already there, the company is fanatically committed to meeting customer needs honestly and sincerely. And since the company is privately financed it is not under pressure to increase short-term revenue and acquire customers regardless of the impact to the company’s reputation. The challenge is how to expand the company's marketing and compete in a marketplace with companies that are desperate to maximize short-term profits. Enthusiastic and loyal customers will make the task easier.
Bryce has over 15 years of experience in enterprise software marketing, having worked in Marketing leadership roles at companies providing software products including industrial productivity and compliance, outcomes tracking and mobile applications for customer engagement and service. Bryce received his International MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (consistently ranked at the #1 international business school by the Financial Times and U.S. News and World Report).
In his spare time Bryce studies history in search of answers about the future, volunteers with non-profit organizations like Minds On that runs a series of workshops for students to expose them to new ways to learn and new career paths, and is a reviewer and active contributor on Quora.com, a social networking site designed to facilitate discussion on issues ranging from marketing and technology to history and politics.
